1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, registering or using the RedA Online Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Online Store immediately.
These Terms, together with the RedA Account Registration Terms and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date personal information.
- RedA reserves the right to refuse any user access to the Online Store.
3. Product Information and Orders
- All product images, specifications and descriptions are for reference only. The actual goods received shall prevail.
- Product prices are as displayed on the Online Store at the time of order confirmation (inclusive of tax, exclusive of delivery fee which will be shown separately).
- Placing an order constitutes your purchase offer to RedA. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, etc.).
- The contract is formally concluded only after order confirmation by RedA.
4. Payment
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, bank transfer, etc. (as displayed on the store).
- All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Credit card payments must be made by the cardholder in person.
- RedA reserves the right to cancel or suspend any payment for any reason.
5. Delivery and Logistics
- Hong Kong local delivery: Normally 3–7 working days (depending on district and items).
- Overseas delivery: Subject to destination and logistics partner arrangements.
- Delivery charges are as shown on the checkout page.
- Upon receipt of goods, you should inspect them immediately. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to customer service within 48 hours.
6. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
- 7-day no-reason return (goods must be brand new, unused, in original packaging and with all tags intact).
- Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene products, food, underwear, etc.
- Used or damaged products
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods (returned via the original payment method).
- Delivery fees are generally non-refundable (except when RedA is at fault).
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in malicious order placement, frequent cancellations or fraudulent payment
- Post fake reviews or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Perform any act that damages RedA’s system or reputation
- Resell products purchased at retail prices for commercial purposes (wholesale buyers please apply for Enterprise Membership)
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Online Store (images, text, videos, designs, trademarks) belongs to Starlight Industrial Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
- Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to browse and purchase.
- Any reviews, photos or content uploaded by users grant RedA a worldwide, royalty-free license for promotional use.
9. Disclaimer
- The Online Store is provided “as is” without warranty of error-free or uninterrupted service.
- RedA shall not be liable for any delay or unavailability of goods due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, government policy, etc.).
- RedA is not responsible for any indirect losses (including loss of profit) suffered by users from using the Online Store.
10. Limitation of Liability
RedA’s maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RedA in the past 12 months.
11. Amendment of Terms
RedA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be announced on the Online Store. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.

1. User Obligations and Responsibilities
- You must properly safeguard your account password and verification codes. Do not transfer, rent, lend, or share your account.
- You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
- You shall not use your account to engage in the following activities:
- Posting illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or violent content
- Maliciously placing fake orders, inflating points, or abusing promotions
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or spreading viruses
- Corporate espionage or unfair competition
- If you discover that your account has been stolen or misused, you must immediately notify RedA Customer Service.
2. Privacy Protection
Your personal data is protected under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). For details, please refer to the RedA Privacy Policy. We will use your data for the following purposes:
- Order processing, logistics, and after-sales service
- Membership points management and promotional notifications
- Product improvement and market analysis (in anonymized form)
- Disclosure as required by law
3. Intellectual Property
- All content on the RedA platform (text, images, videos, designs, trademarks) belongs to Starlight Industrial Co., Ltd. or its authorized licensors.
- By uploading content (reviews, photos, videos, etc.), you grant RedA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use such content for promotional, service optimization, and other related purposes.
- You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any infringement.
4. Account Termination and Suspension
RedA reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your account (without prior notice) in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)
- Suspected fraud or actions that harm the Company’s interests
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Upon termination, all points, coupons, and unused benefits in the account may be forfeited with no refund or compensation.
5. Disclaimer
- The RedA platform is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of being error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.
- RedA shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure events (including pandemics, natural disasters, government policies, or system maintenance).
- RedA shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses (including but not limited to loss of profits or data loss) suffered by users arising from the use of the platform, except where liability is mandatorily imposed by law.
6. Amendment of Terms
RedA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform or via notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should immediately stop using the services and cancel your account.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese.

By applying for a RedA Enterprise Membership Account, the enterprise represents that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Enterprise Membership Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”), together with RedA’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the application.
2. Enterprise Membership Eligibility
- Must be a legally registered and validly existing company, institution, or sole proprietorship in Hong Kong or other applicable jurisdictions.
- Must provide true and complete corporate information (company name, Business Registration Certificate, Company Registration Number, authorized representative, contact person, address, tax information, etc.).
- Each enterprise may register only one primary Enterprise Account but may add multiple Authorized Users.
- RedA reserves the right to request updated documents for identity and credit verification (KYC/KYB) at any time.
- RedA has sole discretion to approve or reject any Enterprise Membership application.
3. Authorized Users Management
- The enterprise may invite employees or designated persons to become Authorized Users. Each Authorized User must register individually and link to the Enterprise Account.
- The enterprise shall bear full joint and several liability for all actions of its Authorized Users under the Enterprise Account.
- The enterprise may add, suspend, or remove Authorized Users at any time and must immediately revoke access for departing staff.
- The enterprise must ensure all Authorized Users have read and comply with these Terms.
4. Enterprise Rights & Benefits
- Exclusive corporate/wholesale/volume pricing (depending on purchase volume)
- Dedicated order management portal (bulk ordering, multiple delivery addresses, invoice management)
- Priority logistics arrangement and stock guarantee
- Enterprise points program (convertible to cash vouchers or future discounts)
- Dedicated Account Manager (for enterprises meeting minimum annual spend)
- Brand collaboration opportunities (co-branded promotions, OEM/ODM, subject to separate agreement)
5. Enterprise Obligations & Responsibilities
- Ensure all order information is accurate and used for legitimate business purposes only.
- Make timely payment of all invoices (overdue amounts will incur 1.5% monthly interest and account suspension).
- Not resell, transfer, or misuse corporate pricing and exclusive offers.
- Not engage in unfair competition, counterfeiting of RedA products, or any act damaging RedA’s reputation.
- Safeguard Enterprise Account passwords and Authorized User login credentials.
- When reselling RedA products, comply with RedA Brand Guidelines and Minimum Selling Price (MSP) policy.
6. Payment & Settlement
- Support bank transfer, cheque, and approved credit terms (up to 30-60 days).
- All prices are in HKD and subject to applicable taxes.
- RedA reserves the right to adjust corporate pricing and offers with 7 days’ prior notice.
- Returns/refunds are subject to RedA’s Enterprise Return Policy (to be published separately).
7. Intellectual Property
- All RedA trademarks, product images, specifications, and catalogues are owned by Starlight Industrial Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
- The enterprise is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such IP solely for normal sales and promotion.
- Any content uploaded by the enterprise (logos, product photos, promotional materials) grants RedA a royalty-free license for promotional use.
- The enterprise warrants that it will not infringe any third-party IP rights and shall bear full legal and compensation liability.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
RedA may suspend or terminate the Enterprise Account unilaterally (without prior notice) if:
- Any breach of these Terms occurs
- No orders placed for 3 consecutive months or payment overdue over 30 days
- The enterprise is wound up, insolvent, or under investigation
- Suspected fraud, counterfeiting, or damage to RedA’s interests
Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- All unused points and credit limits are forfeited (no refund)
- The enterprise must return any RedA materials or confidential information within 7 days
9. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep confidential any commercial secrets (pricing, customer lists, product formulas, etc.) obtained during cooperation. The obligation lasts for 3 years after termination of the relationship.
10. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
- RedA Services are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
- RedA shall not be liable for any delay or loss caused by force majeure (pandemic, government policy, natural disaster).
- RedA’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the enterprise to RedA in the past 12 months. Indirect losses (loss of profit, goodwill, etc.) are excluded.
11. Amendment of Terms
RedA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be announced via the enterprise portal or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Enterprise Membership Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) supplements the RedA General Privacy Policy and specifically explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect data relating to Enterprise Members and their Authorized Users.

5. Disclosure and Sharing of Data
We do not sell any corporate or personal data. Disclosure occurs only in the following cases:
- Within the Group: Starlight Industrial and its subsidiaries (where necessary)
- Service Providers: Logistics, payment, cloud services (AWS), credit agencies (under Data Processing Agreements)
- Business Partners: Joint promotions or OEM/ODM partners with enterprise consent
- Legal Requirements: Courts, tax authorities, Customs, Companies Registry, etc.
- Business Transfer: In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with prior notice)
- Enterprise Instructions: As directed by the enterprise or its Authorized Users
Cross-border Transfer: Data may be stored in servers located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mainland China, or the United States. We ensure recipients provide equivalent or higher protection standards in compliance with PDPO.
6. Data Security Measures
- Enterprise-grade encryption (HTTPS, TLS 1.3, database encryption)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Regular security audits, penetration testing, and log monitoring
- Employee confidentiality agreements and training
- Data breach notification to affected enterprises and the Privacy Commissioner within 72 hours (where required)
7. Data Retention Period
- Corporate contracts and transaction data: At least 7 years after contract termination (tax & legal requirements)
- Authorized User data: Up to 90 days after account termination or removal by the enterprise
- Credit and financial data: As required by law
- Anonymized data: May be retained indefinitely for business analytics
8. Rights of Enterprises and Authorized Users
You have the right to:
- Access & Correction: Request a copy or correction of your data (first request per year is free)
- Erasure: Request deletion of data no longer needed (subject to contract or legal restrictions)
- Objection: Object to direct marketing or automated decisions
- Withdraw Consent: (does not affect prior processing)
- Data Portability: Request data in a structured, commonly used format
- Enterprise Control: Enterprises may manage access rights of Authorized Users at any time

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

10. Protection of Minors
Enterprises must ensure all Authorized Users are 18 years or above. If we discover data involving minors, we will delete it immediately and notify the enterprise.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via the enterprise portal, email, or dedicated Account Manager. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
