A. Customers who purchase HK$400 (in total order value) will receive free shipping*, delivery will be arrange within 7 working days. The actual delivery date and time will depend on different factors such as the delivery address, order quantity and manpower arrangement. The information displayed on WhatsApp and the confirmation of purchase shall prevail. We will try our best to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time, and reserve the right of final decision.
*Please note that our delivery service does not cover delivery locations that cannot be reached by truck or floors that are not directly accessible by lifts. If the elevator in the building is not operating normally during the delivery, we will arrange another delivery time slot to deliver again. If the relevant residence cannot park heavy goods vehicle, the relevant transportation colleagues will ask customer to pick up the package at a nearby parking location.
B. Customer is required to pick up the goods at our company for order amount less than HK$400, Or choose SF Express delivery (Freight to Pay Delivery).
D. Each order can only be delivered to one address, and each address will only be arrange delivery maximum five times. If the delivery fails for five times, the order will be void without any refund.
E. Where the delivery address without lift service is calculated from the underground floor, each floor will charge HKD30, and at most, it will only be sent to the 8th floor above the ground floor.
F. For any special delivery arrangements, please note remarks when placing your order. Our customer service will make detailed arrangements and confirmation possibilities for customers when they call to confirm the order.
G. If the delivery is not completed due to weather (including the gale signal, red or black rainstorm warning or other unsafe weather) or road safety, Red-A will contact customer in case of safety and provide the next free delivery.
H. Please sign on the delivery note to confirm the product is under good condition upon receipt.

3. Since some of the Customs in the European countries including, but not limit to, UK, France and Germany, etc may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.
